Clafoutis
Clafouti with Cherries
Preheat oven to 350° f .
2/3 Cup flour
1/2 Cup sugar
6 eggs
1 Cup milk
1 Tablespoon vanilla
1 Glass jar pitted sour cherries (1lb)
Spread cherries on the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan. Mix milk with flour and eggs. Add sugar. Add milk little by little. Add vanilla. Spread out over cherries. Bake about 35 minutes.
