Single Recipe
1 cup butter
I/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. each vanilla and almond
1 cup chopped nuts
2 cups cake flour (I use regularl flour)
Double Recipe
2 cups butter
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp each vanilla and almond extract
2 cups chopped nuts
4 cups cake flour
Roll into balls and bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar immediately after removing from the oven. (I roll them twice, right after and when they have cooled a little - they get whiter)
